How do credits work?+
One credit balance works in every GradMate app. Each feature shows its credit cost before you use it, and there is no monthly subscription.
What happens when credits expire?+
Paid credits expire at the end of your plan's validity period (2 weeks to 6 months). Any unused expired credits automatically roll over to your next purchase, so you never lose what you paid for.
Can I buy more than one plan?+
Yes. You can buy another credit pack at any time, and each purchase comes with its own validity period.
Which payment option should I pick?+
If you're in Bangladesh, choose "Pay in BDT". You can pay with bKash, Nagad, local cards or net banking through SSLCommerz. If you're paying with an international card, choose "Pay in USD", which is processed securely by Stripe.
How do I use a promo code?+
Pick a plan, then tap "Have a promo code?" in the payment step and apply your code. The discounted price is shown on each payment option the code is valid for, and the discount is applied automatically when you pay.
